1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHAR Group ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Digital Gallery application (the "Application"), including its web platform and mobile application.
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.
These Terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws of India.
2. Eligibility
To use the Application, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be an authorised member, employee, or worker of SHAR Group
- You must have received a valid invitation from a SHAR Group administrator
- You must have accepted your invitation and set up your account credentials
- Your account must be in good standing (not suspended or terminated)
The Application is strictly invite-only and is not open to the general public. Self-registration is not permitted.
3. Access & Accounts
3.1 Account Creation. Your account is created by a SHAR Group administrator through an invitation process. You are responsible for setting a strong, confidential password when you accept your invitation.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You must notify us immediately at support@sharevision.in if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is not permitted.
3.4 Account Roles. Your account is assigned one of three roles — User, Admin, or Superadmin — each with different levels of access and permissions. SHAR Group reserves the right to change your role or permissions at any time.
3.5 Free Access. The Application is provided free of charge to all authorised users. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or paid tiers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose: the secure storage, organisation, and sharing of digital media assets on behalf of SHAR Group. You agree to:
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of India
- Upload only media that is directly related to SHAR Group's work and activities
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users and individuals depicted in media
- Use only the features and access levels assigned to your role
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential at all times
- Report any security vulnerabilities or suspected misuse to us promptly
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Application:
5.1 Prohibited Content
- ✕Content that is illegal under Indian law or any other applicable jurisdiction
- ✕Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
- ✕Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism
- ✕Content that defames, harasses, or threatens any individual or group
- ✕Content that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party
- ✕Content that contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious code
- ✕Content that is unrelated to SHAR Group's legitimate business activities
- ✕Personal content unrelated to work (e.g., personal photographs, entertainment media)
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
- ✕Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or any part of the Application
- ✕Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application
- ✕Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Application
- ✕Circumventing any security, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms
- ✕Sharing your login credentials or granting access to unauthorised individuals
- ✕Misrepresenting your identity or role within the Application
- ✕Using the Application for any commercial purpose outside SHAR Group's operations
6. Media Uploads
6.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of any media you upload. By uploading content, you grant SHAR Group a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Application and fulfilling SHAR Group's internal business objectives.
6.2 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any media, and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
6.3 Approval Workflow. Media uploaded by standard Users is subject to review and approval by an Administrator or Superadmin before it becomes visible to others on the platform.
6.4 Upload Limits. Your account may be subject to upload quotas as set by your administrator. Supported file types and size limits are: photos up to 25 MB, videos up to 100 MB, and documents up to 10 MB.
6.5 Deletion. Deleted media is retained for a 30-day grace period before permanent removal from our storage systems, allowing for accidental deletion recovery.
7. Intellectual Property
The Application — including its design, software, source code, logos, and all content created by SHAR Group — is the exclusive intellectual property of SHAR Group and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application solely for its intended internal business purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Application or any of its components without prior written consent from SHAR Group.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Suspension & Termination
9.1 By SHAR Group. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your employment or association with SHAR Group ends.
9.2 By You. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Account Settings section of the Application. Account deletion requests are subject to approval by a Superadmin. Upon approval, your personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Application ceases immediately. Content you uploaded that is associated with SHAR Group events or galleries may be retained and reassigned to a system administrator to preserve organisational records.
10. Disclaimers
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHAR Group makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Application, including but not limited to:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
- Freedom from viruses or other harmful components
- Fitness for any particular purpose
SHAR Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of India, SHAR Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Application. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your content.
SHAR Group's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SHAR Group in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given the Application is free of charge, shall be zero.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Application's functionality, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
